Training goes a long way toward reducing technician frustration, tech support calls, customer frustration, complaint statistics, installation time, and repeat repair requests.
Bosch offers online training for IP cameras to intrusion detection systems. These are located in the Bosch Training Academy website and are viewable after the student/user is registered in the Academy. The system allows managers to view the status of their personnel’s training which helps keep track of training initiatives, requirements, and bonuses for continuing education.

Once registered, students can use the Academy to register for online training, classroom sessions held in Lancaster, PA, and other regional training locations.
Additionally, private classes can be held at your location for a nominal fee which can reduce travel time, hotel stays, and food/beverage expenses. The fee is often outweighed by expenses related to sending technicians away for multi-day classes.
