- Panoramic imaging is a natural progression to surveillance. Remove blind spots and see more - for greater security. The more you can see, the more secure you are!
- Panoramic imaging is great for covering open rooms with a single camera. Where you would once need 4 cameras to completely cover a room you now can use one. Panaramic imaging is also good for hallways and covering the exterior of a building. Because these cameras offer 180 and 360 degree protection you can view the entire hallway, down the side/bothways of a building or if you corner mount it pointing down on a building you can cover 2 perpendicular sides of the building all while using only one camera.
- Ability to track activity over a large area with a single camera.
- Panoramic imaging is great when multiple cameras would be needed to cover the same area. The feed can be multiple images or a 360° view. Elevators, strategically placed between landings in stairwells is some times better then fixed cameras, used is tight areas where even a wide angle lens is too close. The more familiar I become with 360° cameras the more uses are uncovered.
