Bosch is excited to announce the release of a new Remote Programming Software (RPS) Service Pack and updates to Bosch Security Manager (BSM) Mobile App, offering improved operation and ease of use for customers.
Note: This Service Pack is required for cloud connection with Bosch panels. The current cloud connection log-in method will stop working on May 12, 2025. You can install this service pack at any time, but you must install it before May 12 to continue use of cloud connectivity for programming or BSM management.
RPS 6.14.200/6.15 Service Pack 1 features several enhancements including:
• Elimination of Bosch Identity Management Log-In: The Bosch Identity Management log-in for
cloud connectivity has been eliminated. If you have installed your Installer Service Key in RPS, you
can connect directly through the cloud without additional log-ins.
• Updated BSM (Bosch Security Manager) invitation process: The method for inviting end users
to the BSM app has been improved significantly. RPS operators will now be directed to a new
invitation website that simplifies and expands the invitation process. You’ll now be able to invite a
user to multiple panels in one action and invite multiple users to multiple panels in one action. This
new user interface is easier and more efficient.

Bosch Security Manager (BSM) v1.4 enhancements include:
• Transition from Bosch Identity Management Log-In to Keenfinity log-in: Users will notice that their
log-in has changed from the Bosch Single-key sign in to Keenfinity. Their ID and password will remain
the same.
• Extended Log-in time: As part of the migration to the Keenfinity log-in, the log-in time has been
extended to 30 days. This means that users can continue to use the BSM app but will need to log-in
less often.
• Viewing Passcodes: BSM users who have the authority to modify passcodes will now be able to
select whether or not passcodes are visible in the app.
