What the New Federal Rules Mean for Security Industry and Government Contractors...

The federal government has issued new rules related to Section 889(a)(1)(B) of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal 2019 (P.L. 115-232). SIA's Senior Director of Government Relations has authored a preliminary analysis of these rules, which are expected to be recorded in the federal register tomorrow.
