High Resolution Imaging of Critical Objects

Matt Golueke April 13, 2015 13:19 PM

IMG_5968The common perception of video surveillance today is cameras mounted to the ceiling in a business, on the corners of building exteriors, or on a highway light pole. Big, spacious areas are no longer the only places that are necessary but difficult to view.

Close up views of critical items, such as money or mail, are becoming vitally important to private businesses, government, and public safety teams. Handling of money at a cash wrap in retail stores, transactions at bank teller windows, casino gaming table observation, high value jewel display monitoring, and biocontainment observation are becoming more common.

A security professional reached out to our team to assist with his project that requires high resolution imaging of a mail sorting area.

In this case the driving force is a bit of security mixed with a bit of staff safety.
