Change to after-sales support for Bosch BVMS and DIVAR IP products

We want to inform you about a change to Bosch's after-sales support policy affecting Bosch products. This change will begin on April 3, 2023, and will affect the following products:

  • BVMS (Bosch Video Management System)
  • DIVAR IP all-in-one recording units (DIP)

boschtraining (1)Bosch training delivers the necessary knowledge and skills to integrators who work with Bosch products and software. Trained installers reduce their reliance on technical support, minimize installation time, and make your projects run faster, smoother, and more profitably. 

Training and certification required to receive after-sales support 

As of April 3, 2023, Bosch will require a minimum level of training with a valid certificate for the software and products listed above to ensure basic knowledge when interacting with their technical support experts. With this change, Bosch expects to provide you with a faster solution to your issues and provide you an improved service experience. 

Which training certification is required to receive technical support?

The minimum required knowledge level is a successful completion (including a passed exam) of one of the free online 2-Hour or 3-Hour Bosch DIVAR IP AIO Technical Certification Trainings or a BVMS Expert or Master certification.

  • OPTION 1: DIVAR IP AIO 4000 & 6000 online certification training - Click HERE to register and open the training

 

DIP 5000 AIO

  • OPTION 3: Support will be granted as well for customers holding valid BVMS (Bosch Video Management System) Expert or Master certification.​
