Training and certification required to receive after-sales support
As of April 3, 2023, Bosch will require a minimum level of training with a valid certificate for the software and products listed above to ensure basic knowledge when interacting with their technical support experts. With this change, Bosch expects to provide you with a faster solution to your issues and provide you an improved service experience.
Which training certification is required to receive technical support?
The minimum required knowledge level is a successful completion (including a passed exam) of one of the free online 2-Hour or 3-Hour Bosch DIVAR IP AIO Technical Certification Trainings or a BVMS Expert or Master certification.
