Each function (low-light correction, defog, outline enhancer and noise reduction) facilitates the viewing of nighttime scenes and foggy scenes from outdoor surveillance, making it easier to check video footage. It also fixes noise generated during video compression and blur resulting from zooming. Moreover, the delay resulting from all of the processes of each function is very small at only a few lines, so it can also be used in real time surveillance.
